Posting new topic to forum
Step
Go to Course > Topic > Forum required.
Click the Add discussion topic.
Add the discussion details.
Click Advanced link when required.
In Advanced, you can add files and enter tags (optional).
Click Post to forum button.
The new discussion topic will be displayed in the discussion list panel.
