Dear Students,
In conjunction with the MMU Law Reunion 2026 organised by the Class of 2014, the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University, Melaka, in collaboration with the Multimedia University Law Society (MULS), Melaka, and its alumni, is pleased to present an event titled “MMU Law: Where Are We Now in the Industry?”
This event aims to explore how MMU law graduates are perceived in today’s legal and corporate landscape, the unique value they bring to the profession, current market realities, and the future direction of MMU Law. It will also address key industry trends, including technological integration, the growing importance of commercial awareness and multidisciplinary skills, the rise of AI-assisted legal work, and alternative career pathways.
The session will feature four distinguished alumni speakers:
- Lilien Wong, Partner, Shearn Delamore & Co. (First class law graduate from Class of 2010)
- Teoh Huei Wen, Assistant Vice President, Contracts and Commercial Projects, Aboitiz Foods (First Class law graduate from Class of 2014)
- Lim Zi-Han, Partner, Donovan & Ho, Kuala Lumpur (Second Class Upper law graduate from Class of 2014)
- Lim Kuan, Partner, Han Kuan & Co., Kuala Lumpur (Second Class Upper law graduate from Class of 2015)
The forum will be moderated by Mr. Tay Eng Siang, Assistant Professor of Law at Multimedia University.
We will present and engage in a forum discussion titled “MMU Law: Where Are We Now in the Industry?”, followed by a dedicated Question and Answer session for participants.

All LLB and FIL students are strongly encouraged to attend the Event.
